Utelisys\u2019 Internet services for hubstudios<\/h4>\n

The hubstudios building is connected to the Utelisys Internet connection via a central fiber optic connection. Internet services are delivered through the data port in the living room.<\/p>\n

Internet<\/h4>\n

The data port can be used to directly connect a laptop or computer using a network cable. There is no need for a modem. If WiFi is required, the resident will need to procure a WiFi router. Utelisys recommends to use the 5 GHz frequency on a dual-band WiFi router for this purpose which is less sensitive to interference from WiFi networks in the immediate vicinity.<\/p>\n

If a WiFi router is used, this almost always will work with the default settings. If these are insufficient, the router can be set to \u2018DHCP\u2019 or \u2018Automatic\u2019.<\/p>\n

TV<\/h4>\n

Per 1 april 2024 TV services are no longer offered at the Hubstudios locations.<\/p>\n
